Join Long Hollow for their second annual celebration of Single Moms by serving at The Gift. Last year we had more than 80 women participate in this special day and this year we expect that number to double. This year we have extended the invitation to many of those in our community that are being helped by community agencies but may never have the opportunity to be pampered. There are many needs listed below – please review and contact the coordinator assigned to that particular area to let them know you are committing to participate in blessing the Single Moms in our church and community.

PRAYER TEAM       (All welcome)

Would you join with a team to lift up the precious single moms coming to this event in prayer. They will come with burdens, struggles, questions, and needs. Will you be a part of bathing this event with prayer and join us on your knees December 5^th @ 8am in the Chapel of LHBC.

HAIR STYLISTS/MASSAGE THERAPISTS   (Many still needed)

A day of pampering would not be possible without the services of a team of Hairstylists/Nail Technicians/and Massage Therapists. Do you know someone you may approach about this opportunity. These precious ladies willing to give of their services are the backbone of this event. Last year many testified that it was one of the most blessed ministries they had ever been a part of. Will you join us because we really do need your hands to be His hands for this event. Other than nail polish and remover – service providers are asked to bring their own supplies.

You will be needed 12/5 from 8:30 – 12:30~or 2:30 if you would like to stay for lunch and remainder of the event.

DRIVERS (3 needed)

We have received calls that many outreach organizations would like to send their single moms to the event but many would need help with transportation. Would you be willing to travel to Madison or Nashville to pick up some single moms that would otherwise not be able to attend?
This commitment would range from approx. 8:00am – 3:30pm.
